Your duties:
- First and second level support for approx. 50 users
- Installation, administration and maintenance of user software (client/server)
- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the client-server and network infrastructure and all running applications
- System maintenance and updates
- Installation, implementation and administration of hardware, software and network
- Contact person for IT systems as well as implementation and monitoring of backup and recovery processes
- Sourcing and introducing new technologies that support operations and business development
Your profile:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of job experience as a Microsoft systems administrator
- Good knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, VPN (HPE, Sophos)
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange
- Experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization
- Experience in Microsoft365/Office365
- Experience in Arcserve UDP would be a bonus
