Your duties
- Supervise strategy development and implementation of e-commerce projects
- Manage external agencies (management / control / budgeting)
- Develop and implement e-commerce campaigns
- Coordinate (technical) web shop management (incl. quality control)
- Optimize online shop based on analyses and defined KPIs
- Develop and implement measures
- Effective cooperation with the marketing, product management and purchasing departments (intercommunication)
- Personnel management
- Administration, support and maintenance of B2C/B2B online shop
- Administration, support and maintenance of marketplace channels
- Analysis and monthly reporting of KPIs relevant for e-commerce
Your job profile
- Experience in e-commerce strategy development
- Successful completion of a relevant degree or training programme
- In-depth knowledge of digital, e-commerce, online sales and online marketing
- Proficient computer and software skills (preferably also MySql, PHP, CSS, HTML)
- Very good command of German, good command of English, good command of French
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
