Your duties
- Create, analyze, optimize and visualize eCommerce and marketing data
- Create dashboards (GDS, GA, BI) and reports to support the department heads and the CEO
- Analyze data from different sources like Analyics, Webshop, Wawi and specify KPIs for all business areas
- Establish and report relevant metrics and KPIS to CEO and department heads
Your job profile
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, mathematics or statistics and some work experience in an analytical role
- Very good Excel and SQL skills as well as good knowledge of BI products
- Demonstrable knowledge and some work experience with typical digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 E-Commerce
- Good understanding of e-commerce/marketing KPIs and metrics
- Very good command of German, good command of English, good command of French
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
